1. Fill in the appropriate form on the  Bulletin Board for visitors.

2. You will receive a welcoming mail from  the sysop in 1 to 2 days.

3. After that, please introduce yourself on the Bulletin Board for Members.

Rules and Regulations

1. When posting on a bulletin board, be polite.
2. Verbal abuse and "flaming" are prohibited.
3. Selling or buying illegal copies of software in the Market Board is prohibited
